All welcome! The 1.2 km, 18 minute Starlight Walk will set off at 7.15pm, starting from Marazion Car Park - arrive 6.45-7pm -and will walk along the seafront to the end of Marazion Beach opposite St. Michael's Mount which be lit up in blue and pink for Baby Loss Awareness Week. There will be candle lighting, poems and a reflective silence. You will then return back to the Car Park. Note: the short, first part of the walk runs on the pavement alongside the road then drops down onto the path along the beach. Cornwall Sands Group look forward to welcoming you and walk under the stars together. ou can register for the walk and donate to Cornwall Sands HERE on the national Sands website and they'll send you a lantern, candle and remembrance card (registration fee/donation £7) or you can just turn up and we will supply some candles.
Cornwall Sands Starlight Walk on Friday 9th October is a gentle, evening walk at Marazion to and from St. Michael's Mount to remember and honour babies who have died during pregnancy or shortly after birth.
