Konnect Communities is a Cornwall-based not-for-profit organisation working with people who are involved, or at risk of involvement, with the justice system, as well as supporting survivors of domestic and/or sexual abuse.
We provide early intervention and intensive trauma-informed support to help individuals move past their history, overcome complex barriers, and rebuild their lives.
People referred to our services are often navigating interconnected crises that require holistic support, including:
- Active involvement, or high risk of involvement, with the justice system
- Homelessness, entrenched unemployment, and mental health struggles
- Trauma and abuse
We believe safer communities are built on compassion and trust. By ensuring every person is heard, valued, and empowered, we help people see their own worth and rebuild their lives.
We work in partnership with other local organisations to help reduce repeat victimisation and reoffending, relieve pressure on local public services, and to create positive, lasting change across Cornwall.
